2. What data we process
This website has no forms and does not directly collect personal data. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we use the data you give us (such as your name, phone number and message) only to reply and to manage your booking or event (Art. 6.1.b of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).
3. Online reservations
The “Book” buttons open our reservation service at approdo-dashboard.vercel.app. Data entered there is used solely to manage your reservation.
4. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics. It only uses technical session storage (sessionStorage) so the opening animation is not repeated: it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab. No consent is therefore required.
5. Third-party services
- Google Maps: the map loads only if you press “Show the map”. From then on Google may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
- Weather: the weather shown at the top of the page comes from MET Norway (Norwegian Meteorological Institute). To get it, your browser contacts their service directly, which receives technical connection data (such as your IP address). No other personal data is sent.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook: these are plain external links; Meta's policies apply once you open them.
6. Technical browsing data
Our hosting provider may automatically log technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and operation, for as long as strictly necessary.
7. Retention
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet any legal (e.g. tax) obligations.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to lapprodomaratea@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
